Campeau Corp. has agreed to sell Garfinckel’s, an exclusive department store chain, to Raleigh Stores Corp. of Washington for $95 million . . . Industrial Equity (Pacific) Ltd., a Hong Kong investment firm, said it raised its stake in Beverly Hills-based Wrather Corp. to 29.1% of the common shares outstanding . . . Guild Wineries of Lodi, Calif., signed a licensing arrangement with Canada’s T.G.
