Lendl, Wilander Set for Replay

PARIS —
Top-seeded Ivan Lendl and fourth-seeded Mats Wilander breezed into the final of the French Open today to set up a replay Sunday of the men’s championship match of two years ago.
Lendl, the defending champion, beat fellow Czechoslovak Miloslav Mecir 6-3, 6-3, 7-6, while Wilander, who defeated Lendl in the 1985 final, charged back from early trouble to crush West Germany’s Boris Becker, the No. 2 seed, 6-3, 6-1, 6-2.
