Charlie Krueger, a former pro football lineman permanently disabled by a knee injury, won his fraud suit against the San Francisco 49ers Wednesday when the state Supreme Court let stand a ruling that the team concealed the severity of the injury.
The action returns the case to a San Francisco Superior Court to determine how much the 49ers must pay Krueger.
