Shamir to Visit Togo

LOME, Togo —
Israeli Prime Minister Yitzakh Shamir will pay a two-day official visit to Togo next week, state-run Togolese radio announced Friday. The tiny West African state earlier this week became the fifth black African state to restore full diplomatic links with Israel.
