San Diego Clinic Ground Broken

Ground has been broken for a 32,000-square-foot medical clinic at Viewridge and Balboa avenues in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego, to be occupied by Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group and expanded services of the Sharp Rehabilitation Center.
Designed by Tucker, Sadler & Associates, the $4.4-million complex, a Development Services project of the Hooberman Group, is targeted for completion and move-in in November. The structure is being developed jointly with the Daley Corp.; De Weese, Burton & Associates is the general contractor.
