Osco and Longs will sell each other stores.

The two drug chains announced that they have agreed to a deal in which Osco will buy 15 of Longs’ Arizona stores and Longs will purchase 11 Osco stores in California, including four in Bakersfield, and one Osco store in Colorado Springs, Colo. Terms were not disclosed.
