San Diego Firm to Plan Florida Town Center

SGPA Planning and Architecture, San Diego, has been selected by Genstar Southern Development, Orlando, Fla., to plan the town center for the 4,000-acre Hunter’s Creek community near Disney World in south Orlando.
The mixed-use center will include hotel, restaurant, office, commercial, entertainment and retail space. Planning is scheduled to be completed this fall.
