Times Mirror Press acquired a directory publisher.
The unit of Los Angeles-based Times Mirror, the parent of the Los Angeles Times, purchased Civic-Data, a Newport Beach directory publishing company. Terms of the transaction weren’t disclosed. Civic-Data will be merged with the publications department of Times Mirror Press to form a new subsidiary, TMP Publishing.
