Ken Ferguson was named chief financial officer of Burbank-based Dick Clark Productions.
Ferguson was previously vice president of finance for De Laurentiis Entertainment Group. He replaces Patricia A. Hall, who has joined Pinnacle Estate Properties in Northridge.
