Shotputter Bultman Signs Scholarship With UCLA

David Bultman, a Royal High senior who won state titles in the discus and shotput, signed a letter of intent Tuesday with UCLA.
Bultman won the discus with a throw of 193-6 and the shotput with a personal best of 62-0. His distance in the discus ranked sixthin the nation this year, and his effort in the shotput third.
Bultman (6-0, 240) had narrowed his choices to USC, California, Kansas and UCLA.
