A former bartender was sentenced to 18 years in prison for his role in a string of Southern California robberies attributed to the so-called “Marx Brothers” bandits. Roger Allen Lockridge, 53, pleaded guilty in federal court to charges arising from armed robberies in San Dimas and Fullerton that netted him and his partner--identified by federal authorities as his brother, Lawrence Lockridge--more than $104,000 last year. The brother is still at large.
