Haitian Boat People Saved

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti —
About 140 Haitians hoping to enter the United States illegally were plucked from their sinking boat by a U.S. Coast Guard vessel and returned to Port-au-Prince on Sunday, port officials said.
