The mother of a 7-year-old girl kidnaped by her sex-offender father said she fears for her daughter’s life. “The more time he spends with her the more aggravated and dangerous he becomes,” said Barbara Kemp of Pleasanton, mother of Tina Marie Belt and the ex-wife of Michael Jack Belt. The FBI has joined in a two-state search for Belt, who apparently kidnaped his daughter during a court-approved visit two weeks ago. Belt served three years in a Mexican prison for drug trafficking and was arrested last year in Santa Cruz for kidnaping and abusing his wife. He also was convicted in Oregon for sexually abusing an 8-year-old girl.
