“What hath God Roth” is the name of comic Joe Piscopo’s latest broadside--this time on flamboyant rocker David Lee Roth. Prancing about the stage of New Orleans’ Saenger Performing Arts Center in a skintight tiger-striped body suit, Piscopo launched his first national tour with the new routine. The national tour--the first for Piscopo, 36, the former “Saturday Night Live” performer known for his imitations of Bruce Springsteen and Frank Sinatra--hits 12 cities and is being sponsored by--surprise--Miller Lite beer.
