Richard W. Foxen, senior vice president-international at Rockwell International Corp., El Segundo, will retire next year. Thomas A. Campobasso has been named vice president-international. Campobasso and Rockwell’s Rimoldi operation, based in Milan, Italy, will continue to report to Foxen, with the corporate international staff now reporting to Campobasso.
