A charge that a Fresno man murdered a University of Nevada Las Vegas football player was dismissed in Fresno when a witness testified that the defendant wasn’t the killer.
The district attorney’s office charged that Harry Bradford, 29, shot Andre Horn, 21, to death during an April 12 drug deal in Fresno. On the third day of preliminary hearing testimony, Deputy Dist. Atty. Elizabeth Mitchell requested dismissal of the complaint, which Municipal Court Judge Victor Papadakis agreed to do.
