Firm Buys Two Business Parks

O’Donnell Investment Partners of Costa Mesa has spent about $9 million for two business parks with a total of 108,000 square feet of space at 930 Mt. Vernon Ave. and 1020 Cooley Drive in Colton.

The fully leased projects--the Transcontinental Center and the Inland Regional Center--have five buildings and are adjacent to Interstates 10 and 215. O’Donnell Investment Partners is the investment arm of developer O’Donnell, Brigham & Partners.
