Pantera’s consummated its acquisition of Pizza Inn Inc. In order to finance the merger, Dallas-based Pantera’s has entered into a $35-million credit agreement with Lloyd’s Bank and Kleinwort Benson Ltd. The Pantera’s restaurant system consists of 156 franchised or company-operated pizza restaurants. The Pizza Inn restaurant system is one of the largest pizza restaurant chains in the United States, with about 700 units.
