Partnership Buys Shopping Center in San Pedro

Adirondack Cal-I Limited Partnership has purchased Park Plaza, a 193,000-square-foot retail and professional center at the southeast corner of Western Avenue and Park Western Drive in San Pedro, from another private limited partnership for $10 million.

The purchase is the first major acquisition the partnership’s managing general partner, Torrance-based Adirondack Corp., has made in Southern California. Most of the firm’s holdings are in the Midwest.
