September Completion Set for Pico Rivera Mall

A September completion is scheduled for the $22-million, 225,000-square-foot Crossroads Plaza shopping mall under construction on 18 acres at the southeast corner of Rosemead and Whittier boulevards in Pico Rivera.

Developed by the Los Angeles office of Rainier Fund Inc., Bellevue, Wash., under the auspices of the Pico Rivera Redevelopment Agency, the project was designed by McClellan Cruz Gaylord & Associates, Pasadena.
