CARTOONIST ARAGONES IS MAD ABOUT HIS WORK

SAN DIEGO — Science fiction writers Harlan Ellison and Robert Silverberg; cartoonists B. Kliban and Sergio Aragones and comic-book artist Jack Kirby are all part of the San Diego Comic-Con running through Sunday at the Convention and Performing Arts Center.
More than 7,000 people are expected to attend the event, which includes panel discussions, exhibits from comic-book companies, films and a costume contest.
Admission is $12 for adults, $6 for children 7 to 16 and free for those younger than 7.
