Get Rid of the Players Who Drink and Drive
We read that Tommy Kramer’s boss, Mike Lynn, believes that alcohol abuse is the No. 1 problem in the NFL. No siree! The real culprit is money .
If these high-salaried athletes were not treated like royalty, perhaps excessive alcohol abuse would ease up. Players are protected by the union, owners and the press. It’s time to get rid of those who drink and drive. They are a menace to our society and a disgrace to youngsters who aspire to play competitive football.
