The Phoenix Suns and the Detroit Pistons have modified their June 21 trade involving center William Bedford, Sun officials said.
Instead of getting Detroit’s first-round pick in the 1989 NBA draft for the 7-1 Bedford, the Suns now will get the Pistons’ 1988 first-round draft selection.
