Park Landscaping: Landscaping began last week for the new Moulton Meadows Park in Laguna Beach. The 9.5-acre park at Balboa Avenue in Arch Beach Heights will be fenced off for about 60 days to allow grass and plants to grow, city officials said. Park facilities will include two lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, jogging trails, a grass field, a children’s play area, restrooms and picnic tables.
