A highway worker who dislodged a huge boulder that killed eight people when it tore into a tourist bus was under doctor’s care, recovering from the shock of the accident. Phil Pacheco, a 29-year-old front-end lift operator, unearthed a six-foot-high rock that tumbled down a mountainous slope and into the side of the bus traveling on a Colorado highway. The accident left eight people dead, including Douglas MacKenzie, 67, of Maid Stone, Canada, who died Wednesday.
