Arthur E. Gooding has been appointed senior vice president and manager of the new Personal Advisory Group at TSA, the Los Angeles-based trust and investment management subsidiary of CalFed Inc. He founded and was president of Integrated Decision Systems Inc., microcomputer-based securities accounting and management systems for investment counseling firms and bank trust and pension departments.
