Hearing Officer Named: Paul Kott, an Anaheim realtor, has been named as an assessment appeals hearing officer by the Orange County Board of Supervisors. Kott will be one of three hearing officers who will consider appeals by property owners who havechallenged the accuracy and fairness of assessments issued by the county assessor’s office. Kott will serve a one-year term.
