What Is the Best?
Why is the University of California turning down any California high school graduate with straight A’s in math and science? Why isn’t the engineering school expanding to accommodate the high-tech future we keep hearing that our state will need? Are any of the big brains up there thinking about solutions? From what I’ve read in your article, they’re more concerned with covering their own posteriors.
