A Fresno couple found dead in their burning home had been stabbed, an autopsy showed. Deputy Coroner Keith Stubbs said Paula Guararrama died of multiple stab wounds to the heart. Her husband, Eddie Guararrama, may not have been killed by the stabbing, Stubbs said, but by the deliberately set fire. Police said the stabbings and fire may have been the result of an argument between the two. Neighbors and firefighters pulled their children, an 11-month-old boy and a 5-year-old girl, from the flames. They were hospitalized in satisfactory condition.
