Vice President George Bush said he will visit Poland next month for talks with government officials and members of the outlawed trade union Solidarity. Bush, who announced plans for the trip in a New Orleans speech, also said he plans to visit Britain, France, West Germany and Belgium on his trip, from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3. He told a convention of the Veterans of Foreign Wars he will tell the allies that "no new isolationism will ever cause us to pull back" from the Atlantic Alliance and urge that they "carry their fair share of the load" for defending Europe.
