San Pedro : Hospital Recertified
San Pedro Peninsula Hospital has been recertified as an emergency heart care facility by the American Heart Assn.’s Greater Los Angeles Affiliate.
Criteria for certification include providing a 24-hour emergency department with full-time physician and registered nurse certified in advanced cardiac life-support, EKG monitoring and oxygen and drug administration.
