Jury Urges Death for Gang Killer
Jurors today recommended the death penalty for reputed gang member Keith (Ace Capone) Fudge, convicted of shooting to death five teen-age party goers on Oct. 12, 1984, in the single bloodiest incident of gang violence in Los Angeles history.

Superior Court Judge Ronald Cappai, who is not required to follow the jury’s recommendation, will formally sentence Fudge at a later date.
