He may not yet be one of Madonna’s “Wannabes,” but French Prime Minister Jacques Chirac has been outspoken in his admiration for Mrs. Sean Penn, who’s scheduled to give a concert in a suburban Paris park tonight. The 54-year-old Chirac told young supporters earlier this week that he finds the 27-year-old popster “a beautiful woman and a great artist,” and added that he plans to fete the singer with a pre-concert reception in Paris city hall this afternoon. At the reception, Madonna is supposed to present Chirac with a $83,000 donation for AIDS research. More than 100,000 fans are expected at tonight’s show.
