Nichols Institute Changes Date of Fiscal Year-End

Nichols Institute, a San Juan Capistrano medical testing service operator, has changed its fiscal year-end date from Nov. 30 to Dec. 31 to align its financial reporting periods more closely with its operating cycle. The company said its third-quarter financial statements would be reported as of Sept. 30 instead of Aug. 31.
