Sheriff’s deputies in San Diego County arrested nine people after discovering what they said was a methamphetamine laboratory in a Poway residence. A spokesman said the deputies went to the home to serve a warrant for the alleged theft of more than $20,000 worth of energy from San Diego Gas & Electric Co. and found the lab, plus four pounds of marijuana, seven marijuana plants and $4,000 in cash.
