Influence of Wine Writers

I write to protest your shabby and undeserved “hatchet job” on wine columnist Chroman.

I have known and associated with Chroman for the past 25 years and can testify to his place as the most respected wine writer in California, if not in the country. He is noted for his absolute honesty and knowledge.

Parker with his tricky 100 point gimmick may be loved by wine retailers, but Chroman’s reputation far outdistances Parker’s.
