Orange County officials seized $700,000 in cash and arrested four men suspected of cocaine trafficking after trailing them from Garden Grove to Northridge, investigators said Thursday.

Officers with the Regional Narcotics Suppression Program began trailing two suspects at a Garden Grove home that had been under surveillance for two weeks.

After leaving the home, the two suspects met two others at a Garden Grove fast-food restaurant, and a large suitcase containing the money was exchanged, officials said. Drug-sniffing dogs were used in the raid.
