Japanese Extremist Arrested in Vandalism

TOKYO —
A right-wing extremist has been arrested on suspicion of spraying red paint on a Japan-China friendship monument in July, police said Friday.
The man was identified as Ko Yamamoto, 30, a leading member of the right-wing group Gosei Juku.
