Santa Monica : Bus System Receives Award

The city Municipal Bus Lines has received the Public Transportation System Outstanding Achievement Award from the American Public Transit Assn. (APTA). The prestigious award is given annually to the North American transit system that has demonstrated extraordinary achievement in efficiency and effectiveness in its size category.
APTA is the international organization representing the transit industry.
