Shevardnadze Due in Cuba

MOSCOW — Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard A. Shevardnadze will make a “working visit” to Cuba after this week’s U.N. session in New York, Tass announced Thursday. Soviet officials earlier said Shevardnadze will also visit Uruguay, Brazil and Argentina.
