Sen. Weicker in Hospital

WASHINGTON —
Sen. Lowell P. Weicker Jr. (R-Conn.) was admitted to Bethesda Naval Hospital today with kidney stones, an aide said.
Spokesman Steve Snider said Weicker, 56, will remain hospitalized while he receives a fluid treatment for the painful condition. He said it is not known how long the liberal Republican from Greenwich, Conn., will remain hospitalized.
