CS Fullerton Plays at Utah State in Only PCAA Game Today

For the second straight Saturday, Cal State Fullerton will play in the only Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. conference game.

The Titans (1-2 overall and 1-0 in the PCAA) meet Utah State (0-2, 0-0) at noon, PDT, today in Romney Stadium at Logan, Utah.

The Aggies, who finished last in total offense among Division I-A teams last season, lost to Nebraska and Kentucky in their first two games this season, and are last in the nation in scoring defense, total defense, rushing defense, rushing offense and punt returns.

Fullerton, which opened with losses to Hawaii and Louisiana State before defeating Cal State Long Beach, 31-12, in the PCAA opener last Saturday, is led by quarterback Ronnie Barber, who is passing for an average of 127 yards a game, and running back Eric Franklin, who is averaging 91 yards a game.
