AIA Award Honors Design of Chapel
The architectural design of the 150-seat chapel at Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance has been awarded a 1987 Award of Merit by the Inland California chapter, American Institute of Architects.
HMC Architects Inc. of Ontario was cited for its design, which combined an old-world soaring roof and lofty ceiling with a contemporary exterior of stucco.
