Basque Suspect Arrested

ROME —
A suspected Basque guerrilla, Pablo Jose Gomez, 25, has been arrested in Rome, where he was studying religious history at an institute run by nuns, police said Tuesday. Gomez was wanted by police in Spain for belonging to an armed band and for illegal weapons possession.
