Zimbabwe Blast Hurts 18

HARARE, Zimbabwe —
Eighteen people were injured when a car bomb ripped through the parking lot of a suburban Harare shopping center Tuesday. Witnesses said that only the time, shortly before 8:30 a.m., prevented a higher casualty toll in the blast, which left a three-foot crater. There was no indication who was responsible.
