A marijuana growing operation that included indoor lighting and ponds was found inside a barn that contained 90 plants valued at $2.2 million, according to Shasta County officials. Terrence Burns of Cottonwood was arrested on charges of conspiracy to cultivate marijuana, said Richard Dickerson of the county’s Interagency Narcotics Task Force.
