Miss (Valerie) Kaprisky makes it clear that she is a sex star. . . .” But that’s only part of Maslin’s sentence and sentiment. The rest: “. . . not an actress. There’s a big difference between the two.”

. . . How Soon They Forget Dept.: The Miami Herald, referring to “All the President’s Men,” IDs the stars as Robert Woodward and Dustin Hoffman.

. . . You’ll be joyed to hear that the Arthur Co. is rolling a new syndie version of “The Munsters,” with John Schuck replacing Fred Gwynne as Herman Munster and Lee Meriwether as his vampy wife, Lily (Yvonne De Carlo’s old role).

. . . Steve Kmetko and KCBS used a United Artists publicity clip of Diane Keaton chatting about her “Baby Boom” movie (and other matters). Pretty rare for a big station--but the actress was “unavailable” and Kmetko “liked her movie,” according to producer John Amato, who emphasized that viewers were told it was handout footage.
