CMS Enhancements Buys Some Rights of Premier
CMS Enhancements Inc. of Tustin has bought the trade name and manufacturing rights to a computer data-storage device from Premier Technologies of Irvine.
Under the agreement, CMS has acquired the right to certain assets, inventory and technologies of a Premier product called LiteDrive, a battery-powered, hard-disk device for Toshiba and Zenith laptop computers.
CMS, a maker of storage products and other computer parts, said it has named David Landier, a former vice president of Premier Technologies, as product manager for the LiteDrive.
