Jill Eikenberry, who has already starred in one TV movie this season (last month’s “Assault and Matrimony”), turns up in another Oct. 25. She plays wife to James Farentino in “Family Sins,” a drama for CBS about a family whose stressful relationships with one another beget tragedy.

Harry Anderson will step out of his judicial robes on “Night Court” to host a comedy-variety special on NBC, Oct. 30. Joining him on “Harry Anderson’s Sideshow” will be John Astin, Emma Samms, Peter Scolari, Deidre Hall and Marsha Warfield.

Jack Warden, Stan Shaw and Lou Diamond Phillips will star in “The Three Kings,” a TV movie pegged to Christmas that ABC plans to broadcast Dec. 17. It concerns a trio of mental hospital patients who believe they are the three wise men of biblical lore and set off through Los Angeles by camel. Also in the film are Jane Kaczmarek, Vic Tayback, Charles Nelson Reilly and Tiana Alexandra.

Former child star Ricky Schroder is going to play another sort of child star in “Too Young the Hero,” a TV movie for CBS. He’ll portray Calvin Graham, who joined the Navy during World War II and was hailed as a hero--until someone discovered he was only 12 when he enlisted.
