Thirty-three of the 78 acres in the $100-million Pacesetter/Corona Industrial Park that opens Thursday have been sold or planned for development, according to Steven R. Strauss, vice president of Pacesetter Business Properties, the Newport Beach-based developer.

The park on Serfas Club Road near the Riverside (91) Freeway is one of 26 industrial developments under construction or planned in Corona.

The city is setting up a landscape maintenance district for the project, which will ensure a high level of landscaping in street rights of way, he said. The landscape architect is Kammeyer & Associates of Corona and the civil engineer is O’Malley Engineering, Corona.
